Bryanne Auguste, LCSW

Clinical Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth, as well as individuals within the special needs population. My clinical background also includes working with adults in intensive outpatient programs, allowing me to support clients across various stages of life and levels of care.

I have worked in psychiatric inpatient settings with children and adolescents, including individuals with autism, and I currently provide care at UMass on the inpatient medical floor and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and medical challenges.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe building skills, increasing self-awareness, and working toward meaningful change.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my family. You’ll often find me on the sidelines of my son’s many sports games, reading, or exploring new places. I believe in the importance of balance and connection, and I bring that same perspective into my work with clients.
