Anita Mortley, MS

Clinical Therapist

As a clinical therapist, my approach is grounded in creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, navigate challenges, and develop strategies to enhance their well-being. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I work alongside my clients to identify strengths, build resilience, and cultivate coping skills that promote healing, balance, and personal growth.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child & Adolescent Development and went on to complete my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Psychology. With over eight years of experience in the mental health field across diverse settings, I have had the privilege of supporting children and adolescents as they navigate a wide range of challenges.

Beyond therapy, I am a published author. I am also deeply committed to advocacy and empowerment, serving with organizations such as the Authentic Caribbean Foundation, which uplifts youth and individuals with disabilities, and Swing Phi Swing, a community service-based sisterhood devoted to cultural awareness and social change. I aim to inspire growth, foster resilience, and encourage others to embrace their potential. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path.
